Cool creamy buffalo mozzarella, juicy tomatoes and gorgeous fresh basil in lush bread. This is summer in your lunchbox!

  • 125g ball of mozzarella, buffalo if you can get it, it really does make a difference
  • handful of fresh basil, or 1 dessert spoon of pesto
  • 1 large ripe tomato
  • sea salt and black pepper
