Cool banana smoothie bowl

Frozen banana is a game changer here! This is a beautifully tasty and satisfying breakfast smoothie bowl, providing calcium, fibre and loads of wonderful vitamins and minerals.
Serves: 1 • Prep time: 5 mins • Easy
  • 1 banana, frozen in slices
  • 170g of full fat Greek yoghurt
  • Squeeze of mild clear honey
  • 1 level dessert spoon of chopped nuts
  • optional half a banana, sliced, for topping
Blend the frozen banana, Greek yoghurt and honey in a food processor or blender. It should be smooth and creamy. 

Turn it into a bowl and top with the nuts and optional sliced banana or even a few berries or some passion fruit.
