Try your oats with cold creamy milk, and big them up with nuts, flax, banana, seeds and apricots.
Sexiest porridge ever!
Serves: 1 • Prep time: 5-10 mins • Cook time: 0 mins :-) • Easy
50g porridge oats
whole unhomogenised milk
2-3 dried apricots, use unsulphured ones, such as Crazy Jack brand, chopped
6-8 whole almonds or any nuts, bashed a little bit
1 tablespoon of ground flax
1 tablespoon of ground hemp – optional
2 teaspoons of mixed seeds
up to a tablespoon of mild clear honey, such as Acacia. Even better raw honey or honeycomb.

feel free to add a swirl of cream to this
Add the oats, apricots and nuts, flax and seeds (if using) to a bowl.
Mix the milk and honey and pour over.
Add the sliced banana.
Eat straight away.
