Lemon yoghurty syllabub

I’ve always loved syllabub since my mum used to make it back in the day. What’s not to like about thick cream, lemon and alcohol? Not saying this is an everyday food but this has less cals because it uses Total Greek Yoghurt in the mix. Mmmm.

  • 200ml double cream
  • 100ml full fat Total Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsps of whisky or limoncello
  • 50g icing sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • can serve with an oaty biscuit!
Whip the cream to soft peaks.

Stir in the greek yoghurt.

Juice the lemons and mix with the sugar and alcohol. Lightly mix everything together.

Serve in chilled glasses with a stylish teaspoon (I didn’t have any of those left).

Eat once a month :D
