Peanut butter overnight oats

Creamy and nutty, this cool oaty breakfast will hit the spot and is easy to throw together the night before so you can spend more time luxuriating with it at the breakfast table. Don't you just love those peaceful morning moments? <3
Serves: 1 • Prep time: 10 mins • Cook time: 30 mins • Easy
  • 50g of oats
  • about 150ml of whole milk
  • small squeeze of clear honey
  • level dessert spoon of sultanas
  • level dessert spoon of peanut butter
Shake the peanut butter and honey into the milk, mix the oats and sultanas then stir in the milk and store covered in the fridge overnight (actually this is nice made on the spot too, it's just a bit creamier if you leave it.)

In the morning just eat it! I added a bit of PB on top just so I could have a PB vibe in the pic. You can also add a dash of cream, which is lovely.
