Greek yoghurt with warm plum, muesli and honey

You only need a sprinkle of muesli on this for a bit of texture, so it’s a great low-carb breakfast, and filling too. Looks gorgeous, tastes gorgeous, makes you even more gorgeous!
Serves: 1 • Prep: 5 mins • Cook: 5 mins • Easy 
  • 170g of full fat FAGE Total Greek yoghurt
  • 1 large plum
  • 1 dessert spoon of unsweetened muesli (I used Waitrose Love Life)
  • 1 dessert spoon of Greek or wildflower honey
Halve the plum, remove the stone and microwave it til slightly soft, 1-2 mins depending on ripeness.

Spoon the yoghurt into a nice bowl – nice looking bowls help :-)

Place the microwaved plum on top and sprinkle the muesli around.

Pour the honey over.
