Swiss porridge

Another delicious porridge variation and another of our cool porridges, made with ice cold milk. This will really set you up for the morning with oats, raisins, grated apple and walnuts, lightly sweetened with honey. Nutritious and filling.
Serves: 1 • Prep: 5 mins • Easy 
  • 40g of porridge oats, try jumbo oats
  • a few walnuts
  • a small handful of raisins or sultanas
  • grated apple
  • mild clear honey or Greek honey
  • full fat milk
Put it all in a bowl.

Eat it.

Feel full.

Feel healthy and energised.

Bounce around all morning using its slow release energy.
