Marathon training is a bit like having a baby – everyone gives you advice and it’s all different! Take the confusion and risk out of your training by having a fitnaturally fully customised plan.

We assess your level of ability through a questionnaire and discussion. We agree your training and race goals. Then you smash it!
We set out your training calendar right at the start so you can see exactly when and how long your long runs will be.

We then write your training plans weekly to ensure they suit your time and commitments and account for any changes arising from the previous week’s training.

We can also adapt your training should anything unexpected occur.

Note that this is a training-only plan – we can also help you fuel your training with our 12-week marathon nutrition or bespoke sports nutrition plans.
