If you are motivated to get out and run on your own or you don’t require one-to-one training, a bespoke plan is the perfect way to have each of your running sessions tailored to suit your goals.

We will write your plan after evaluating your fitness and past running experience.
All plans will be progressive to help you achieve your long or short-term goals. We respond to you as you progress and will take into account data from devices such as a Garmin Forerunner or a heart rate monitor.

You can sign up from anywhere in the world. No matter where you are we can to build your sessions around whatever else you happen to be doing week-to-week. Last minute changes can also be accommodated.
