We’ll send you a 12 week training plan that will give you all the right sessions to help you achieve a 4 hr marathon.

We focus on quality training rather than just bagging miles. Your training will be varied and interesting, incorporating rest and cut-back weeks.
Before starting this programme it’s preferable that you are able to run for two hours non-stop, and can run at a steady pace of 9mins per mile for those two hours.

This plan is unsupported but you can always post questions on our lively and friendly Facebook page any time – they’re a helpful, supportive bunch on there!
