You’ve signed up to run a marathon; you’ll be dedicating many hours to your training and want to run the best you can on race day. You can train as well as the next person but if their nutrition is better and they have a better muscle to weight ratio (light machine with a strong engine) they’ll get a better time. Nutrition is a critical element in the success of your marathon, it can make or break your event.
Don’t be one of the bodies strewn at the side of the road after mile seventeen because you haven’t fuelled correctly.  We have a lot of experience of fuelling people’s marathons. We also specialise in writing running plans, and we have all run marathons! We know the beast inside out. Need to lose body fat along the way? We can help with that too.

We will design weekly nutrition plans for you based on your training, lifestyle, work situation, likes, dislikes, health issues and socialising.

We will give you tasty, ‘normal’ and natural food perfectly timed for training and recovery. You will also get a taper, race week and race day nutrition plan.
